Centralised Hazardous Waste Stabilisation and Solidification Line

Solution overview

A system for stabilising and solidifying hazardous construction waste including contaminated soils, sludges and filter cakes. The technology uses controlled dosing of cementitious binders, mixing chambers, moisture control and curing zones.

Key features

The facility supports treatment capacities between 25,000 and 40,000 tons annually. The technology includes fully automated binder dosing with moisture-controlled precision of ±1%.
