The training is designed to strengthen the internationalisation capacities and innovation readiness of SMEs, business support organisations, clusters, and startup ecosystems operating in dynamic and competitive markets.
After completing the training, participants will gain practical knowledge and competencies in the following areas:
Understanding international market access strategies and identifying suitable export and cooperation opportunities within EU and international markets;
Improving business competitiveness through innovation management, digital transformation, and sustainable business development approaches;
