Automotive supplier – development of a digital strategy! Solution and implementation The digitalization strategy is created using the Digital Excellence Navigator methodology. In the first step, the internal teams are trained in the application of the Digital Excellence Navigator methodology. This meant that the majority of the workshops could be conducted internally. The stakeholders were identified and involved in the workshop process. A total of 16 ideation workshops were conducted by the internal project team. The focus was on the main global processes and locations as well as management. The Digital Excellence Team supported the workshops at large locations. The results were consolidated and the main projects selected.
