This tool supports companies in evaluating their existing digital tools and services, helping to identify where standardization and harmonization are needed. By aligning digital solutions with specific business processes, the tool ensures greater interoperability, efficiency, and scalability, while reducing fragmentation and duplication. The methodological foundation lies in a novel multi-criteria decision model that integrates both qualitative and quantitative data on the use of existing digital tools and services. This data is cross-matched with specific business processes to accurately identify company needs and expectations.

Therefore, real time integration of generated data is not required. Solution is fully customisable to the needs and specific manufacturing requirements. There is no need for compatibility in terms of technologies and equipment, while full compatibility with different data collections is ensured.
Full support during the process of customisation top specific needs and manufacturing requirements, as well as specificities of analysed digital tools/services. Training programs are available and it is suggested to be implemented as the very first step in the process of our product usage.
