Integration and adaptability in manufacturing environments

We've reduced the primay energy consumption of industrial sites up to 50% and replaced the remaining demand with renewable energy. Due to our expertise in design & engineering we integrated it into running industrial processes without any unplanned shutdown times of these industrial facilities.

Implementation support and training for manufacturers

Usually, we provide heat- and material balances, PFD's, R&I's, media and equipment specifications, as well as all supporting documents as documentation, lists, etc. until the basic design phase, which suffices to contract an EPC. For district heating systems, industrial integrations, anaerobic digestion, thermal gasification and syngas applications we provide also trainings.

Sustainability, compliance and certifications in the EU

our procedures comply to ISO 9000 and other quality assurance procedures. We are also used to cointribute to more complex systems as standardisation, or introducing our knowledge in the existing quality assurance systems of our contractors, but we saved the effort for certificantion. Our work is conducted as official austrian engineering office for mechanical engineering according to the austrian Chamber of commerce (Ingenieurbüro für Maschinenbau).
