Description of center’s mission and objectives

Our mission is to link science with the commercial and public sectors, delivering innovative solutions for a sustainable future in building, energy, and environmental technologies. We aim to develop the buildings and cities of the future, valued for quality and practical impact. We pioneer new technologies, foster collaboration, and support the growth of scientists. large scale/small scale testing and demonstration in Bustehrad labs (7 min from the INTL airport Prague), own living lab and energy test bed, special equipment for construction elements development and testing, energy equipment, indoor comfort technologies, urban innovation, digital and smart control of buildings and building clusters etc.

Solar simulator, electronic microscopy, construction element test benches (destruction/non-destruction), fire lab, acoustic lab, sensoric lab, photovoltaic lab.
