In the context of its growth and implementation of complex projects, the company decided to systematically assess the level of digitalization and identify opportunities to further process optimization. The aim was to gain a comprehensive view of the functioning of key areas of the company and to prepare for future challenges associated with the management of projects, data and internal processes.
As part of the pilot activity, the Digital Readiness Assessment process was carried out and specific steps of digital transformation were proposed.
The analysis provided a comprehensive view of the functioning of processes across the company and identified areas with the greatest potential for further development, especially in the areas of system integration, project management, work with data and digitization of operational activities.
The result is a clearly defined roadmap for the further development of digitalisation, which will enable the gradual introduction of changes, increased transparency of processes and support for efficient project management. At the same time, the pilot created a solid foundation for the next steps towards a modern digitally managed organization.
